Your platform, your name, your colours, your domain. Loyalty Stacker disappears into the background so your community only ever sees you.
What it is
Loyalty Stacker is fully white-label and multi-tenant. Every program is its own self-contained space, with its own name, look, domain and feel, and nothing on the page hints that it shares infrastructure with anyone else.
Whether you are a single brand launching one loyalty program or an agency operating dozens of client programs side by side, each one stands completely on its own. Members sign in, complete quests and climb the leaderboard inside an experience that looks and reads like it was custom-built for that brand alone.
Run it on your own domain
Point your program at a custom domain or subdomain you control, for example quests.yourbrand.com. You add a single DNS record at your registrar and Loyalty Stacker handles the rest, including issuing and auto-renewing the HTTPS/SSL certificate.
- 1Point your domain at the programChoose a custom domain or subdomain you control, such as quests.yourbrand.com.
- 2Add one DNS recordCreate a single DNS record at your registrar. That is the only configuration you touch.
- 3Loyalty Stacker issues managed SSLThe platform automatically issues and auto-renews the HTTPS/SSL certificate for your domain, so the secure padlock is handled for you.
- 4Watch the live status indicatorA live status indicator shows you exactly when the domain and its certificate are active, so you know the moment it is ready.
Brand every surface
Make the experience unmistakably yours. Every visible element is yours to control, across onboarding, the member dashboard and the way your links unfurl on social.
The name and one-liner shown across the app and onboarding.
Separate logo uploads for light mode and dark mode, so it always looks crisp.
Dedicated light and dark app icons, plus your own favicon for the browser tab.
A full-width banner image across the top of the member dashboard.
A custom title and description that control how your links unfurl on X, Discord, Telegram and in search results.
Show the icon only, the name only, or both together.
Rename your currency
Points do not have to be called “Points.” Call them Gems, XP, Sparks, Miles, whatever fits your world. The name appears everywhere a points value is shown.
You can also set a custom points icon. Pick whichever source fits your brand:
- Pick a named icon from the built-in set.
- Drop in an emoji.
- Upload your own image.
- Paste in custom artwork.
Whichever you choose, the icon shows up everywhere a points value is displayed, so your currency feels native to your brand.
Themes, colour & light/dark
Every colour is defined for both light mode and dark mode, so members get a polished experience whichever they prefer. You can start from a ready-made preset or fine-tune every colour token by hand.
Choose from a library of ready-made colour themes and you are done in one click. Presets include:
Choose your homepage layout
Pick the dashboard shell that suits your audience. Switch between the layouts to see how each one feels.
Left sidebar plus top header, the familiar app dashboard.
| Layout | Feel |
|---|---|
| Classic | Left sidebar plus top header, the familiar app dashboard. |
| Top Nav | Wide sticky top navigation, no sidebar, centered content. |
| Feed | Icon-only sidebar, social-feed styling. |
| Minimal | No sidebar or header, content only, distraction-free. |
| Gamified | A hero banner with avatar, level and an XP progress bar for a game-like shell. |
Arrange your homepage into sections
Group your quests into named sections and order them however you like, then decide exactly where supporting cards sit relative to those sections.
- Group quests into named sections and order them however you like.
- Place supporting cards, such as the “Refer Friends” invite card, anywhere from the very top to pinned at the bottom.
- Reorder everything as your program evolves, no rebuild required.
Examples & use cases
A creative agency manages a dozen client programs from one place. Each gets its own custom domain, logo set, renamed currency, theme and layout, and none can tell they share infrastructure. Onboarding a new client is a branding exercise, not a rebuild.
A brand with strict guidelines starts from the closest preset, opens the colour editor and dials in its precise primary and accent colours for light and dark, uploads light and dark logos, swaps the currency to “Sparks” with a custom icon, sets a hero banner and ships on rewards.thatbrand.com with managed SSL.
A games community picks the Gamified layout for its level-and-XP hero, renames points to “XP,” chooses the Neon theme and arranges its homepage so daily quests sit up top and the referral card sits at the very bottom.
Why it matters
- It is your brand, end to end. From the domain in the address bar to the colour of every button, members see you, never the platform underneath.
- Trust travels with your domain. Running on your own domain with proper HTTPS looks legitimate and keeps members in your world.
- Launch in minutes, not weeks. Presets and uploads get a polished program live fast, while the full colour editor is there when you need pixel-perfect control.
- One platform, unlimited identities. Every program is independently branded, so you can scale from one to many without anything looking templated.
- Custom domain
- One DNS record, with managed HTTPS/SSL issued and auto-renewed for you, plus a live status indicator.
- Branded subdomain
- Every program ships on a clean branded subdomain out of the box, even before you connect a domain.
- Layouts & sections
- Five homepage shells (Classic, Top Nav, Feed, Minimal, Gamified) plus fully reorderable quest sections.
- Currency & icon
- Rename points to anything and set a custom icon from a named icon, emoji, uploaded image or custom artwork.
