Platform & operations

Feature access control

One platform that scales from a simple referral page to a full web3 quest engine, and only ever shows each program exactly the features it is meant to have.

Modular by design
Almost every major capability in Loyalty Stacker can be switched on or off independently for each program, controlled at two levels that combine cleanly.

What it is

Loyalty Stacker is modular. Referrals, badges, the item shop, code redemption, point multipliers, Discord quests, on-chain quests, NFT minting, clipping campaigns, wallet loyalty cards and more can each be switched on or off independently for each program.

Control happens at two levels:

Platform level: the operator
  • Decides which features a given program is allowed to use at all.
  • Grants or revokes each capability per program from a single feature-access panel.
  • Every feature is available by default; you switch off only what a program shouldn't have.
Program level: the brand admin
  • Chooses which of the granted features to actually turn on for members.
  • Works from a clean settings screen listing only the features they're entitled to.
  • Flips features on or off, and the change takes effect on save.
How the two levels combine
The two combine cleanly: a feature is live for members only when the operator has made it available and the brand admin has switched it on.

Managing access at each level

Each level has its own job. Switch between them to see exactly what the operator controls versus what each brand admin controls.

  • Set entitlements per program. Grant or revoke each capability for each program from a single feature-access panel.
  • Safe by default. Every feature is available by default; you switch off only what a particular program shouldn't have.
  • A withheld feature vanishes completely. Turn a feature off and it disappears entirely for that brand, not just greyed out.

Withheld, not just disabled

When the operator turns a feature off for a program it does not simply grey out, it disappears. There is no half-finished toggle to discover and no confusion about what is available. The brand simply never sees it.

What you can switch per program

Almost every major capability is independent, so the same underlying platform can present as anything from a bare-bones referral page to a complete web3 quest platform, just by changing which features are in play.

Examples & use cases

A starter plan vs a premium plan. The operator sells tiers without maintaining separate products. A starter program is entitled to a small core; everything else is withheld and invisible. A premium program gets the full set. Upgrading a customer is a matter of granting more features, and they appear instantly in that brand's settings.

Turning off NFT minting for a non-crypto brand
A mainstream consumer brand wants social quests and referrals but nothing blockchain-related. The operator withholds on-chain quests and NFT minting for that program. Its admins never see those options, never have to explain them, and can't switch them on by accident, the experience is purely web2, with no crypto surface anywhere.

A program that grows over time. A brand launches with just a referral page to test the waters, then expands as it gains traction, with each new capability surfacing in the brand admin's settings the moment it is granted, with no migration or rebuild.

  1. 1
    Launch with a referral page
The brand starts small, with just referrals switched on, to test the waters.
  2. 2
    Unlock badges
As it gains traction, the operator grants badges; they appear instantly in the brand admin's settings.
  3. 3
    Unlock code-redemption campaigns
Next the operator opens up code redemption, ready for the brand to switch on.
  4. 4
    Unlock on-chain quests
Finally the operator grants on-chain quests, all with no migration and no rebuild.

Why it matters

Right-sized for every customer

No one is overwhelmed by features they'll never use, and no one is blocked from features they're paying for.

Clean, packageable tiers

Bundle capabilities into plans and upgrade customers by flipping entitlements, no separate codebases, no redeploys.

No accidental exposure

Withheld features are invisible, not merely disabled, so brands can't stumble into capabilities that aren't part of their plan.

Room to grow

The same platform stretches from the simplest referral page to a full web3 program, so customers can start small and expand without ever switching tools.
