Wallet loyalty cards

Launch Apple Wallet and Google Wallet loyalty cards for your customers. No app to download. They scan a code, tap add, and the card lives in their phone wallet. Your team manages everything from a dedicated staff scanner app at the counter.

No app to download
The card lives in the Apple or Google Wallet your customers already use. They scan a code, tap add, and it’s in their phone, no download, no account, no password. Only your staff use the dedicated scanner app.

What it is

Wallet Loyalty Cards lets any business run a branded loyalty program that lives natively in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Customers add a card to their phone in seconds from a simple signup link (just a name and phone number) with no separate app to install.

Your team uses a dedicated staff scanner app at the point of sale to add stamps or points, redeem rewards, and set membership tiers. Every action is written to a permanent transaction ledger, and the customer’s card updates on their phone automatically.

Wallet Loyalty Cards

A branded loyalty program that lives natively in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. It supports three card types, multiple locations, scoped staff logins, custom branding, push notifications to card holders, and a white-label option.

What you can do

Run any of three program types, hand customers a one-tap signup, and give your team a scanner app with exactly the permissions you choose.

Three program types

Run stamp cards, points cards, or membership cards. Start with one and add more as you grow.

One-tap signup

Share a branded signup link or QR code. Customers join with name and phone (email optional) and add the card to Apple or Google Wallet.

Staff scanner app

Equip staff to add stamps, add points, redeem rewards, and set membership tiers right at checkout.

Scoped staff logins

Create logins with granular permissions, deciding per person who can add stamps, add points, redeem, make adjustments, or set membership.

Location controls

Restrict staff to specific locations, or give them access across all of them.

Multiple branches

Run many branches under one program, with every scan attributed to the location it happened at.

Immutable ledger

Every stamp, point, redemption, membership change and adjustment is recorded and never altered.

Custom branding & white-label

Brand every card with your logo, icon and colors, and go fully white-label so the card is unmistakably yours.

Push notifications

Send push notifications straight to card holders' phones.

Staff permissions & locations

Decide exactly what each staff member can do, and where they can do it:

Add stamps
Allow this staff member to add stamps to a card.
Add points
Allow adding points based on a customer's spend.
Redeem rewards
Allow redeeming an unlocked reward.
Make adjustments
Allow manual balance corrections.
Set membership
Allow setting or upgrading a member's tier.
Location scope
Restrict the person to specific locations, or grant access across all of them.
Tamper-proof by design
Every stamp, point, redemption, membership change and adjustment is written to an immutable ledger and never altered, so every action is authorized and traceable.

Examples & use cases

Coffee shop stamp card

“Collect 10, get 1 free.” A customer scans the table-tent QR, adds the card to Apple Wallet, and a barista taps a stamp with each coffee. At ten, the reward unlocks and the card shows it's ready to redeem.

Retail points program in AED

Customers earn points per dirham spent and redeem at a set threshold for money off, for example, 500 points for AED 50 off. Optional point expiry keeps customers coming back.

Gym membership tiers

Silver, Gold and Platinum cards show each member's tier, benefits and expiry date right in their wallet. Staff set or upgrade a member's tier at the front desk.

Multi-branch franchise

One points program runs across every branch. Each location's staff have their own scoped logins, scans are attributed per branch, and head office sees activity across the whole network.

Why it matters

No app friction

The card lives in the wallet customers already use. No download, no account, no password. Just scan and add.

Phone-first signup

Name and phone is all it takes, ideal for the UAE and GCC, where phone is the primary identity.

Always up to date

When staff add a stamp or point, the customer's card refreshes on their phone, and a push notification can let them know.

Trust and accountability

Scoped staff permissions and a tamper-proof ledger mean every action is authorized and traceable.

Built to scale

Start with one shop and one card type, then grow into points, memberships, multiple branches and a white-label rollout without switching tools.

Your brand, front and center

Custom colors, logo and a white-label option keep the experience unmistakably yours.

Punch card vs wallet card

A paper punch card and a wallet card do the same job, but only one of them never gets lost, keeps a record, and can reach the customer after they leave.

Traditional punch card
  • A paper card to carry, easy to lose or forget
  • Stamped by hand, with no record if it goes missing
  • No way to message customers or remind them
  • Works at one counter; hard to run across branches
  • Easy to fake or double-stamp
Loyalty Stacker wallet card
  • Lives in the Apple/Google Wallet they already use, nothing to download or lose
  • Every stamp, point and redemption posts to an immutable ledger
  • Push notifications reach the card right on their phone
  • One program runs across every branch, scans attributed per location
  • Scoped staff logins keep every action authorized and traceable

Card types

Three kinds of program, each with its own rules and settings. Switch between them to see how each one works.

Collect stamps toward a reward, for example, “collect 10, get 1 free.” On redemption, the count resets or carries over.

Best for:

CafésSalonsCar washesQuick-service
Stamps required
How many stamps unlock the reward.
Reward name
What the customer earns at the goal.
Stamp label
What a single stamp is called.
Max stamps per visit
Cap on stamps added in one visit.

How it works

  1. 1
    Create the program
Choose a card type, set your reward rules, and brand the card with your logo, icon and colors. Publish it when ready.
  2. 2
    Customers join
Share your signup link or QR code anywhere: checkout, receipts, posters, SMS, WhatsApp, your website. Customers enter their name and phone and tap to add the card to Apple or Google Wallet.
  3. 3
    Staff serve at the counter
Using the dedicated scanner app, staff scan a customer’s card to pull up their loyalty status, then add stamps or points, redeem a reward, or set a membership tier, limited to exactly what their permissions and location allow.
  4. 4
    Cards update live
Every action posts to the immutable ledger, recalculates the balance, and refreshes the card on the customer’s phone. Push notifications can announce a new stamp, an unlocked reward, or an expiring membership.
  5. 5
    Grow across locations
Add branches, invite staff with scoped logins, and track activity per location as the program scales.
Phone-first by design
Signup needs only a name and phone number (email optional), ideal for the UAE and GCC, where phone is the primary identity.
