Rewards shop

The rewards shop gives your points a purpose: a storefront where members spend what they've earned on rewards worth chasing. Members browse a catalog you curate and redeem their balance for digital badges or NFTs minted straight to their wallet.

What it is

Where points become real

Every purchase deducts points automatically, lands in the member's inventory, and is tracked. With Loyalty Stacker you control everything that matters: what's on offer, how much it costs, how scarce it is, how many each person can take, and who's even allowed to buy it.

  1. 1
    Curate the catalog
Decide what's on offer, set the price in points, and configure scarcity, caps and gating.
  2. 2
    Members browse and redeem
Members spend their balance on a reward they want, right from the storefront.
  3. 3
    Points deduct automatically
The cost is taken from their balance the moment they buy.
  4. 4
    It lands in their inventory
The reward appears in the member's inventory and is tracked, ready for badges to show on their profile or NFTs to claim.

Two kinds of rewards

The shop sells two kinds of rewards, one off-chain and one on-chain.

Digital badges

Instant, off-chain collectibles that appear in the member's inventory and on their profile. No wallet required.

NFTs

On-chain collectibles minted to the member's own wallet. On purchase, Loyalty Stacker deducts their points and hands them a mint authorization to claim the token with their connected wallet.

How an NFT purchase works
When a member buys an NFT, the platform deducts their points and issues a mint authorization. The member then claims the token to their own connected wallet, so the collectible truly lives on-chain.

Scarcity & purchase caps

Two settings manufacture urgency and fairness: how scarce an item is overall, and how many copies any one member can take.

Stock (scarcity)
Make an item unlimited, or set a fixed quantity that counts down with each sale and shows “X left” until it sells out. Scarcity creates urgency.
Per-member cap
Decide how many copies one person can buy: exactly once (the default), a set number, or unlimited. This keeps limited drops fair and stops one member from cornering the supply.

Unlock gating

Lock an item so only qualifying members can buy it. Stack any combination of conditions; every one must be met before a member can purchase.

  • Hold a specific Discord role.
  • Follow a given X account.
  • Have completed a particular quest.
  • Own a specific badge.
Locked until they qualify
Until a member meets every requirement, the item shows as locked with the conditions they still need to meet, so the path to unlocking it is always clear.

Examples & use cases

Why it matters

A shop closes the loop on your entire reward economy: points stop being an abstract score and become spendable, desirable currency. Scarcity and purchase caps manufacture urgency and fairness, while unlock gating lets you reserve your best rewards for the members who've earned the right, turning the shop into both a reward and a goal worth working toward.

The shop spends the same points currency members earn elsewhere, and the badges it sells double as keys that gate other quests and items.
